Pierre Törnkvist, the band's frontman, shares his excitement:
“I am really excited to be working on yet another album. With every song, it seems like I am carving out more and more detail and finish to the sound of Scheitan. Daniel Bergstrand (Studio Dug Out) is a huge help in this process. I see him more as a 'sound designer' than a mix engineer—he has helped me a lot to shape the sound, and we evolve both the sound and the work process with each song.”

Pierre also highlights the importance of live shows in shaping the band’s sound:
“Another thing that is pivotal to the new existence of Scheitan is the live shows. Axel Moe (drummer) and I have now played a few, and with each show, we sort of 'fine-tune' the whole thing. As we also rehearse frequently, it not only impacts the live performances but also helps deliver better performances in the studio for the recordings as well.”

Recorded at Lucichrist Studios and mixed by Daniel Bergstrand at Studio Dug Out, Love n' Death was also mastered at LANDR. The band sees Daniel as more of a "sound designer" than just a mix engineer, with each song pushing the boundaries of their sound further.
