With their new album "Djupt Under", the band combines harsh riffs, powerful melodies, and unnerving lyrics, sung entirely in their native Swedish. The songs are infused with traditional instruments such as the accordion, banjo, ocarina, and mandolin, creating a unique fusion of deafening metal hymns and melancholic pieces that evoke the hardships and mysteries of Nordic life.
The album’s soundscape takes cues from bands like Vintersorg, Otyg, Woods of Ypres, Opeth, and Moonsorrow, merging heavy and progressive metal elements with a deep connection to their Scandinavian roots.
"Djupt Under" was recorded at Studio Nidingsverk and mastered at Studio Apocalypse by Jonas Lindström.
