[news] New Album "I E R I A" by Kaisas Set for Release on August 9th
Greek songwriter and guitarist Kaisas is set to release his fourth album, "I E R I A", under his project of the same name. This new album comes five years after his last effort, "Martyria", and will be released through Sleaszy Rider Records on August 9th.
"I E R I A" features a remarkable lineup of nine vocalists, including:
- David Reece (USA) (Accept)
- Ian Parry (UK) (Elegy)
- Paul Jackson (UK) (Roadhouse, featuring Pete Willis of Def Leppard)
- Alan Kelly (UK) (SHY)
- Leonel Silva (Portugal) (Mindfeeder)
- Tomas Baptista (Portugal) (Hats Off To Led Zeppelin – Best Tribute Act UK 2021)
- John Nickoloff (USA) (Nickoloff)
- Gordon MacIntosh (UK)
- Kenny Behnke – Gapp (Germany)
Longtime drummer Fotis Nestor Canister (ex-Sarissa) also plays a significant role in this project.
The album's intro sample, "Ieria", is the first taste from the album and features singer Ian Parry (Elegy). The album was mixed and mastered in California at Tonality Studio by Bryan Underwood, with pre-production by Canister. The artwork for the cover was designed by Moon Ring Design (USA), and the booklet artwork was created by Aleh Zielankievic (PL).
