Athens-based blackened death metal outfit Serement has released, on May, 17th, their anticipated debut full-length "Abhorrent Invocations" via Dolorem Records. Following the dissolution of their previous act Blessed by Perversion, the core members regrouped in 2022 to form Serement and issued the "Deviation from God" EP that same year.

Now signed to the French label Dolorem Records and with support from Mexico's Iron, Blood and Death Corporation, the band presents their 9-track debut album - a sonic onslaught combining elements of blackened and old school death metal into a dark, heavy atmosphere.

The mixing and mastering of "Abhorrent Invocations" was handled by Georgios Christoforidis at Ignite Music Studio, with artwork courtesy of Misanthropic-Art. The album further cements Serement's rise from the ashes as one of Greece's most punishing new extreme metal forces.
