[news] Excruciation Releases Second Single "While The Mourners Are Passing By" from Upcoming Album "[p]ain"

Excruciation is pleased to announce the release of "While The Mourners Are Passing By", the second single from their forthcoming album "[p]ain". This track offers a doom metal soundtrack for those who bow their heads in reverence to the deceased, capturing the essence of music for the dead, played for the living.

The single includes a cover version of the Tubeway Army/Gary Numan classic "Down In The Park" with both tracks accompanied by video clips. Additionally, the CD version features a re-recorded version of "Repent, Sinners!"

The cover art, created by Aaron (October_Midnight), adds a dark and mesmerizing visual element to the release. The single was recorded, mixed, and mastered at Liquid Aether by Mario Dahmen in 2023, with production by Excruciation and Mario Dahmen.
